  1. The video showed how when the people make an ideaand called the local congress man that the idea should be a law . It goes to the committee session. But at first its only a bill they send it to the congress to make a decision discuss and debate. Most bills dont go that far to the congress. Then the bill is sent to the house of representatives and then to the senative. They have to make a decision and so it can be passed to the president. All of the congress people have to make a decision if its a yes then it goes to the prsident and if the president says no then its called a veto. A veto means that the bill has tot go back to the congress and you have to start all over. And by that time its mostly unlikely to becomes a law because if the president says no the first time then why would he say yes the next time. But they change it everytime it goes back but see if the president says yes then it becomes a law.

  2. This video shows how a bill becomes a law. They way a bill is created is by the people how wants to create law and it goes on to it governor and the governor writes a bill. Then the bill is sent to the house of representatives where there are 3 branches which are the legs, jud, and ext. Then to the senative. They have to make a decision and so it can be passed to the president. The congress people have to make a decision if its a yes then it goes to the president and if the president says no then its called a veto. A veto means that the bill has to go back to the congress and then it starts all over or it dies. Most of the bills dont even make it to the congress. If the the president and the other congress agrees then then the bill becomes a law.
